Funfetti Cream Cheese Mints are adorable little birthday cake flavored cream cheese mints that will be a hit at every party! With their sweet and creamy melt in your mouth texture and confetti sprinkles, these bite size treats are a delight!

8 oz cream cheese ¼ cup of unsalted butter 2 Pounds powdered sugar ½ cup Confetti sprinkles 2 tsp Birthday cake flavoring
First, combine cream cheese and butter in a kitchen aid mixer and combine until smooth.
Slowly add powdered sugar until completely combined and a smooth dough has formed.
Add cake flavoring and 1/2 cup sprinkles, stir until combined.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll mixture into small 1/4" balls and place on a cookie sheet. Repeat until you have rolled out all of the mixture and then smash down with a fork.
Sprinkle extra confetti sprinkles if desired.
Let dry on the cookie sheet for about 2 hours and then stick into the fridge or freezer.
You can enjoy these right away or store in a container for future consumption.
