Eyeball Deviled Eggs

These Eyeball Deviled Eggs are a creepy appetizer to serve up at your Halloween Party. They look gross but taste great and will be a total conversation starter.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 green olives
  • 2 sandwich bags

Instructions
 

  • First start by boiling the eggs for 10 minutes on medium heat until eggs are hard boiled. Let cool (you can also run them over cold water to cool them down). You can also use our Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs method.
  • Next, gently crack egg shells all over egg but don't remove the shell.In a plastic sandwich bag add in food coloring and eggs. Move eggs around until fully coated.
  • Now, carefully remove the shells and wash off eggs.
  • Next, slice the eggs in half (vertically) and remove centers. Mix the yolk with half of avocado in a bowl. It should end up being a creamy consistency.
  • Place the mixture into a sandwich bag and cut off end tip of bag for piping. Fill the egg centers with the avocado egg mixture.
  • All that is left to do is to slice the green olives and place on top for eggs. For an extra scare, add a drop of red food coloring on the top to make it look like they are bleeding.
  • Serve up to your guests and enjoy!
