36 Ounces Fresh or Frozen Blackberries 12 Pillsbury Grand Cinnamon Rolls 10 Ounces Buttercream Frosting ½ Cup Sugar 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
In a medium bowl, mix together the blackberries, cinnamon, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside and let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
Pour the blackberries into the pan and spread even.
Place the cinnamon rolls on top, in 4 rows of 3.
Bake for 48 minutes or until golden brown and blackberries are bubbling.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Microwave the frosting for 20-30 seconds or until melted and pour over each cinnamon roll, covering the entire top of the cobbler.
