Grinch Cake Mix Cookies
These Grinch Cake Mix Cookies are so easy to make using just 5-ingredients and they'll be sure to have your heart grow three sizes with every bite!

- 1 box White Cake Mix
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Teaspoon Neon Green Gel Food Dye
- Large Red Heart Sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and dye in a large bowl and mix until well combined and no color streaks appear.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an average sized baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using the cookie scoop, place scoops on the prepared baking sheet with about an inch in between each cookie.
- Using your hands with gloves or the rubber spatula, slightly flatten to cookies and smooth up the edges so they look like half dollar discs.
- Place one heart sprinkle in the middle of each cookie and lightly press it into the cookie.
- Baking for 8-10 minutes or until just lightly golden brown on the bottom. Be careful not to burn.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes to cool.
- Serve and Enjoy!
