Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour 50 minutes
Total Time 2 hours
Servings 12 Jello Shots

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes of Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • ½ cup Vodka
  • 3 Tablespoons Blue Curacao
  • 3 Tablespoons Blue Chair Bay Pineapple Rum Cream
  • White Sprinkle Mix
  • 12 Mini Marshmallows
  • Mini Edible Snowflakes optional

Instructions

  • Start by dissolving 2 packets of gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of hot water, and set aside to let the gelatin bloom and dissolve. (About 5 or so minutes - Gelatin will absorb all the water)
  • When the gelatin has dissolved, stir well.
  • Stir together the Vodka and Blue Curacao first. You can then add this to the gelatin mixture.
  • Next, add slowly add the Pineapple Rum and stir lightly. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Next, pour Sprinkle Mix, and Mini Snowflakes out on a plate and mix together.
  • Place the 12 shot Glasses, on a tray, and using the Mini Marshmallows,  smear one marshmallow over the rim of each shot glass, making it sticky on the rim, and dip it into the sprinkle mix and snowflakes. Set aside.
  • Carefully fill the Shot Glasses with the Gelatin mix, and set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Once set, place in the Freezer for 20 minutes before serving, and they will become 'frosty" on top!
  • Remove from freezer then Serve and Enjoy!
