Peeps Jello Shots are the perfect adult treat to serve up for Easter! These combine whipped vodka, neon food coloring and Peeps for a one-of-a-kind Easter cocktail.
Servings 10 Jello Shots

Ingredients

  • Marshmallow Peeps Candy in a variety of colors. I found a peeps variety pack on a stick that I ended up using
  • 1 Cup Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
  • 2 Cups Boiling Hot Water
  • 3 Packets Unflavored Gelatin
  • ¼ Cup Condensed Milk
  • Neon Food Coloring pink, purple, green and blue
  • Plastic Jello Shot Cups

Instructions

  • Begin by placing the packets of unflavored gelatin into the hot water. Stir well and allow to bloom for 15 minutes.
  • While you're waiting for the mixture to bloom, prepare your jello cups by placing them on a baking sheet to give them stability when moving to the fridge.
  • Once your gelatin mixture is ready, add in the cup of vodka and condensed milk and stir well.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal bowls and then add 2-3 drops of neon food coloring into each and stir.
  • When you are done, you should have 1 bowl of purple, 1 bowl of green, 1 bowl of blue and 1 bowl of pink.
  • Carefully fill each jello shot cup entirely.
  • Place into the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Top with a Peeps Marshmallow.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
