Apple Cider Jello Shots with Fireball Whiskey

Fall is in the air and there is no better way to celebrate than with Apple Cider Jello Shots with Fireball Whiskey! These are easy to make and even easier to devour.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets of Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup Fireball whiskey
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions
 

  • Place 16 (2 oz.) plastic cups onto a baking sheet. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, add 2 cups of apple cider, and sprinkle over Knox gelatin. Whisk together until gelatin is incorporated, and then heat over medium heat until just steamy.
  • Remove from the heat and whisk in 1 cup cold apple cider and 1 cup Fireball. Stir until well combined.
  • Fill the 2 oz. cups with the apple cider jello mixture, then move them to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
