Ingredients

  • 1 17.5 oz roll of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter softened
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Heart sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grease a round cake pan.
  • Place cinnamon rolls into the cake pan as shown.
  • Discard the cinnamon roll icing.
  • Pour heavy cream over top of the cinnamon rolls.
  • Bake according to the package directions, about 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make your frosting.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix well to incorporate.
  • Add milk and a pinch of salt, and mix well again.
  • Add 4-5 drops of green gel food coloring, and mix until color is fully incorporated. Add additional food coloring until you reach your desired shade of green, if necessary.
  • Once cinnamon rolls have finished baking, allow them to cool.
  • Remove them from the pan, they should be somewhat triangle shaped.
  • Turn the triangle shapes upside down. From the top, long side, cut out a small triangle from the center, as shown. If needed, round off the corners to form your heart shapes.
  • Frost your cinnamon rolls with the green frosting and add a heart sprinkle.
  • Enjoy!
