If you're looking for a festive and delicious holiday treat, look no further than these delectable Eggnog Cookies. Made with rich, creamy eggnog and plenty of warm spices, these cookies are the perfect addition to your holiday cookie platter.
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add the Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Vanilla, and Egg Nog and Eggs, and mix until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, add the Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon and Nutmeg, and stir well.
Add the Flour mixture to the Mixing bowl, a little at a time, and mix between additions. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, and mix on medium speed to blend well.
Place the mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill the dough.
Line 2 Cookie Sheets with Parchment paper, and drop the cookie dough by scoops (From a Cookie Scoop) onto the Parchment paper.
Bake at 350, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
When Cookies are cool, frost with the Vanilla Frosting, and sprinkle a little Cinnamon on top of the Frosting.
