How to make a Blue Hawaiian Cocktail at home using coconut cream, blue curacao, rum and a few other ingredients.

- 1 cup ice cubes plus more for serving
- 1 ½ cup 12oz white rum
- ¾ cup 6oz blue curaçao
- 2 cups 16oz pineapple juice
- ½ cup 4oz coconut cream
- Fresh pineapple slices/cubes for garnish
- Cocktail cherries for garnish
Add ice cubes into a large pitcher.
Pour the white rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream into the pitcher.
Stir well. You may need to use a whisk to break up the coconut cream If you don’t mix it before adding it to the pitcher.
Pour into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish with pineapple slices and cocktail cherries. Enjoy.
