Pina Colada Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding 6 ounce
  • 1 cup Bailey's Colada
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 package of Fresh Pineapple - pre-cut - from the grocery store
  • ½ cup of Shredded Coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the vanilla instant pudding with Baileys Colada, and Milk, and whisk until pudding starts to thicken.
  • Place a chunk of Pineapple in the bottom of the Popsicle Mold, and pour the pudding mixture on top of the Pineapple, filling it about 3/4 full. 
  • Place Shredded Coconut on top of the pudding mixture, and then place the stick in the end.  
  • Repeat this until all Popsicle molds have been filled. 
  • Place in the freezer for 24 hours, or until popsicles are frozen solid. 
  • When completely frozen, and ready to serve, remove from the freezer and push the popsicles out of the molds. 
  • Serve and  Enjoy!
