Pink Lemonade Jello Shots

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet of pink starburst jello - 3.94 ounces
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 5 lemons

Instructions
 

  • Begin by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil and adding jello, stir until dissolved.
  • Let cool, then add vodka and stir.
  • Cut lemons in half and scoop out the center of the lemon. Use a knife around the edge of the lemon if you need to loosen the lemon to remove.
  • Place lemons on a tray (or in a muffin tin) that will fit inside your refrigerator and fill lemons with the pink jello mixture and let stand until firm.
  • After jello has completely set up, (I left mine overnight), slice the lemons in half and serve!
  • Enjoy!
