Servings 4 - Quarter Pound Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 LB of Ground Sirloin - made in to 4 Hamburger Patties
  • Garlic Salt - to taste
  • Seasoned Salt - to taste
  • Garlic Powder - to taste
  • Seasoned Pepper - to taste
  • 1 bag of Crunchy Cheetos - pulsed into crumbs
  • 1 package of Hamburger Buns
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Tomato - slices
  • Cheese - your favorite
  • Sweet Pickles - Bread n Butter Chips
  • OPTIONS: Olives Onion slices, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, BBQ sauce, A-1 Sauce, other favorites

Instructions

  • Open the bag of Crunchy Cheetos, and pour into a large Ziploc bag.  Smash the Cheetos into crumbs with a rolling pin, or other solid utensil.
  • Divide the Ground Sirloin into 4 equal portions, and make into Hamburger Patties.
  • Lay the Patties out on Parchment Paper, or Waxed Paper, and lightly sprinkles with Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder, and Seasoned Pepper.
  • Open the Ziploc bag, and sprinkle the Cheetos crumbs onto the Patties (both sides of the Patties) and gently press the crumbs into the patties.
  • Lay the Patties in the Air Fryer basket, or on a grill rack if you have one.
  • Set the Air Fryer to 350, and cook for approximately 9 minutes on each side, to cook the Burgers to well done. If you like your Burgers a little more done than this, leave for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
  • When Burgers are done to your taste, remove them from the Air Fryer, and Place them on the bottom half of a Hamburger Bun.
  • Here's where the fun comes in, it's time to build your burger!
  • Add your favorites to your burger including your favorite cheese, condiments, and sides.
  • Add Onion slices, or sautéed onions.
  • Slather on some Barbecue Sauce, or your favorite Steak Sauce.
  • You can even add Teriyaki Sauce, or Soy Sauce. Garnish with what makes your Burger (and tastebuds) happy.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
