- 6 Cups Milk
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
- 1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
In your crockpot, combine milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
Stir, and cook on low, 2 hours, or until chocolate is melted and steamy, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite hot chocolate toppings.
