Easy Homemade Ham Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • White Rice I used the Minute Maid Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Eggs Beaten
  • Salt to Taste about 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper to Taste about 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed Bag of Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • Diced Frozen Pineapple
  • 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce I used a little more for taste. You can also use low sodium.
  • Diced Ham I used Farmland Fully Cooked Diced Ham

Instructions
 

  • Cook white rice in a sauce pan according to directions and allow to get firm. Drain and set aside.
  • Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  • Add the ham, eggs, frozen peas, carrots and pineapple to the skillet. Heat until eggs are cooked and frozen vegetables are cooked. (About 10 minutes)
  • Add the pre-cooked rice to the skillet and mix with other ingredients.
  • Top with the soy sauce and allow everything to get nice and hot.
  • Remove from heat. Serve and Enjoy!
