Easy Ham Fried Rice

I love Chinese food but it’s even better when I can enjoy it from the comfort of my own home while saving money. This Ham Fried Rice recipe is something my family and I have been making for years. It’s super easy to make and can be done in under 10 minutes! Plus, it’s packed full of flavor!
What You Will Need to Make Easy Ham Fried Rice:
- White Rice (I used the Minute Maid Rice)
- 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- Salt to Taste (about 1 teaspoon)
- Pepper to Taste (about 1 teaspoon)
- Mixed Bag of Frozen Peas and Carrots
- Diced Frozen Pineapple
- 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce (I used a little more for taste. You can also use low sodium.)
- Diced Ham (I used Farmland Fully Cooked Diced Ham)
How to Make Easy Ham Fried Rice:
- Cook white rice in a sauce pan according to directions and allow to get firm. Drain and set aside.
- Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add the ham, eggs, frozen peas, carrots and pineapple to the skillet. Heat until eggs are cooked and frozen vegetables are cooked. (About 10 minutes)
- Add the pre-cooked rice to the skillet and mix with other ingredients.
- Top with the soy sauce and allow everything to get nice and hot.
- Remove from heat. Serve and Enjoy!
