Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • Juice of 2 large oranges you can also use water if you want to
  • Fresh Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • This is probably one of the simplest recipes ever. All you do is throw everything into a blender and blend until it resembles a slushy consistency.
