New Year's Eve Champagne Jello Shots

These New Year's Eve Champagne Jello Shots are the perfect boozy treat to ring in the new year!

Servings 12 Jello Shots

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Champagne
  • 1 ½ cups of Hot Water
  • 3 ounces of Unflavored Gelatin
  • Gold Sprinkles
  • Sprinkle Medley for topping

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the Gelatin over Hot Water, and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the Gelatin to bloom. 
  • Once the gelatin has bloomed, stir Gelatin to dissolve completely, then add Champagne, and stir well to blend. 
  • Place 12 shot glasses on a tray or Cookie Sheet that will fit in the refrigerator, and place a 1/4 teaspoon of Gold Sprinkles in the bottom of each shot glass. 
  • Pour each Shot Glass 1/2 full of the Gelatin mixture, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.  
  • Remove from refrigerator, and fill Shot Glasses with remaining Gelatin. 
  • Place back in the refrigerator to set completely, at least 2 hours for best results. 
  • Before serving, sprinkle the Sprinkle Medley on top to decorate. 
  • Serve, and Enjoy!
