New Year’s Eve Champagne Jello Shots

When it comes time to ring in the new year, what could be a better way than with a delicious boozy treat?

I have to admit, making Jello Shots are one of my favorite things to do for the holidays and now, the new year.

Whether you are making these New Year’s Eve Champagne Jello Shots, our original Champagne Jello Shots or even our Pink Champagne Jello Shots, you’ll have a treat that’ll impress a crowd.

New Year’s Eve Champagne Jello Shots Ingredients:

How to Make New Year’s Eve Champagne Jello Shots:

Sprinkle the Gelatin over Hot Water, and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the Gelatin to bloom.

Once the gelatin has bloomed, stir Gelatin to dissolve completely, then add Champagne, and stir well to blend.

Place 12 shot glasses on a tray or Cookie Sheet that will fit in the refrigerator, and place a 1/4 teaspoon of Gold Sprinkles in the bottom of each shot glass.

Pour each Shot Glass 1/2 full of the Gelatin mixture, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

Remove from refrigerator, and fill Shot Glasses with remaining Gelatin. 

Place back in the refrigerator to set completely, at least 2 hours for best results. 

Before serving, sprinkle the Sprinkle Medley on top to decorate.

Things to Note

  • You can make these ahead of time just don’t add the sprinkles to the top until ready to serve as they can melt from the condensation from the fridge.
  • You can add additional flavor by using colored Jello such as a lime jello.
  • You don’t have to separate the layers, I just like the way the ombre gold looks from the melted gold sprinkles at the bottom.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Champagne
  • 1 ½ cups of Hot Water
  • 3 ounces of Unflavored Gelatin
  • Gold Sprinkles
  • Sprinkle Medley for topping

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the Gelatin over Hot Water, and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the Gelatin to bloom. 
  • Once the gelatin has bloomed, stir Gelatin to dissolve completely, then add Champagne, and stir well to blend.
