Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are the perfect way to welcome Fall into your home. Made with real pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and a few other kitchen staples, these will quickly become your favorite Fall breakfast.

Servings 4 -6 Pancakes
1 Cup flour 1 Tbsp baking powder 2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice ½ Cup pumpkin puree 1 Egg 1 Tsp vanilla extract ¾ Cup milk 2 Tbsp butter for cooking
In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients until incorporated. The batter should be thick and have a few lumps remaining.
Melt a bit of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Scoop out around ¼ Cup batter onto the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes, until small bubbles form on top.
Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
Repeat the process with the rest of the pancakes.
Serve with some warm syrup and enjoy!
