Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are the perfect way to welcome Fall into your home. Made with real pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and a few other kitchen staples, these will quickly become your favorite Fall breakfast.

Servings 4 -6 Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ Cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients until incorporated. The batter should be thick and have a few lumps remaining.
  • Melt a bit of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Scoop out around ¼ Cup batter onto the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes, until small bubbles form on top.
  • Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the pancakes.
  • Serve with some warm syrup and enjoy!
