What You Need to Make Starbucks Caramel Macchiato Jello Shots

  • Starbucks Frappuccino – I used the caramel macchiato in the bottle
  • Unflavored Gelatin – I used the unflavored gelatin mixture from Knox. It works great and is easy to use.
  • Water- Is mixed with the gelatin packets
  • Vodka – I used vanilla vodka but any whipped vodka or even a mocha flavor would be tasty too
  • Reddi Wip – For topping
  • Caramel Syrup – This is optional but I think it tastes great and also ties in the look of the jello shot too.

You will also need jello shot cups. I used 2 oz condiment cups.

Helpful Tips

  • You can make these in advance but don’t add the whipped cream or caramel syrup until right before serving.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • You can ask your local Starbucks for some straws and then cut them in half or in 3rds and place them into your jello shots to complete that Starbucks Frappuccino look.
