How to Make Multi-Grain Blackberry Waffles with Yogurt:

Let waffle mix stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. This just allows it to set the the mixture to become a thicker batter.

Now, spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and add three (3) tablespoons into each waffle square, add a whole single blackberry into the center of the waffle batter.

Close the lid on the waffle maker and cook until the waffles are golden brown. I usually use a fork to remove the waffles so you don’t burn your hands.

Now place two waffles on a serving plate and top with yogurt and blackberry jam. It’s oh so good so be prepared to go back for seconds!multi-grain-blackberry-waffles-with-yogurt-step2
