You guys I cannot get over how awesome Pokemon Go is. If you haven’t played it yet, you need to. Not only is it fun for kids, but I think it’s even more fun for adults in their 20’s and 30’s. After all, Pokemon was very first released when we were in grade school so it totally makes sense that it’s bringing out the kid in us all. With that being said, catching Pokemon can get a whole lot more fun when you drink some of this Pineapple Pikachu Daiquiri.

It’s loaded with flavor and by the end, you’ll be saying “Pika Pika” which is language for “give me some more”!

What You Will Need to Make a Pineapple Pikachu Daiquiri:

• 1 ounce Toasted Coconut Syrup
• 1 ounce Coconut Lime Sparkling Soda
• 1 1/2 ounces Reyka Vodka
• 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
• Crushed Ice
• Cocktail Shaker
• Mojito-Style Glass

Directions:

1. In a cocktail shaker add toasted coconut syrup, Reyka vodka, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
2. Secure lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a Mojito-style glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Top off with Coconut Lime Sparkling Soda.
5. Serve.
