Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance can I make this dip?
You can make this dip 2-3 days in advance and place it into the refrigerator in an airtight container (you can also cover with plastic wrap). I would add the sprinkles on top last to avoid them melting with the moisture of the fridge. Remove the dip from the fridge about 10 minutes prior to serving.

Can I freeze this dip?
No, I wouldn’t freeze the dip as it may change the overall texture of the dip.

I can’t find the vanilla Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, can I use chocolate?
Yes, you can certainly use the chocolate-flavored Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes. If you do, you can add about a teaspoon of cocoa powder to it.

What items can I dip into this festive treat?
Vanilla wafers, animal crackers, fresh fruit, gingerbread cookies, shortbread cookies and any of your favorite Christmas cookies will be perfect in this.
