Veggie trays are my go-to when hosting a party.
Don’t get me wrong, I do love me a good charcuterie board but I also think a vegetable tray is an easy and inexpensive food option to serve a crowd.
With that being said, you can be extra festive with this adorable Snowman Veggie Tray that is so easy to make.
It’s as simple as cutting some fresh veggies and arranging them onto a platter to look just like a Snowman. I am sure it will be a huge hit at any holiday party.

Any table crackers will work. I do like Ritz Crackers and this time of year they actually have holiday snowflake Ritz crackers that make a cute addition to this tray.
