Funfetti Cake Batter Popsicles
I love cake and the more sprinkles, the better – – especially rainbow sprinkles because they are just so fun.
Whether I am making Funfetti Cookies, Funfetti Cheesecake or Gummy Bear Jello Shots, I am likely using loads of colorful rainbow sprinkles.
That is why I love these Funfetti Popsicles – they have the taste of cake and the color of the rainbow for the perfect frozen treat.
Things to Note:
- If your mold is plastic or metal, you may want to omit the whipped topping. It can be difficult to pull out of the mold. Instead, you can use heavy whipping cream or yogurt. The general idea is to have 3 cups of milk, yogurt or whipped cream to mix with the boxed mix.
- You can lay the popsicles on top of ice and in a metal tray to keep them frozen if you plan to set them out for guests.
